FAQ

The top five questions prospects ask first.

Direct answers to the questions that come up most often on calls — pricing, response time, coverage area, technician qualification, and the scheduling flow. Anything missing? Book a slot and we will walk you through it.

Q01

How is pricing structured — and is there a per-call or onboarding fee?

Pricing lives in three tiers — Basic ($350/month), Pro ($650/month), and Enterprise (custom). Every tier rolls in AI dispatch, customer comms automation, and reporting; Pro adds AR-guided tech instructions and skill-matched routing; Enterprise layers SSO, dedicated customer success, and custom SLAs. There are no per-call fees, no per-text charges, and no surprise onboarding line item — onboarding, integration, and data migration are scoped to your operation and quoted up front. The full breakdown is on /pricing.

Q02

How fast can a technician be at my door?

Our AI dispatch engine routes in real time — the system matches the right qualified technician to the open time window the moment you book, instead of waiting on a dispatcher to assign manually. Typical response windows are same-day for high-urgency calls and within the chosen time slot for routine service. A human dispatcher is never far away: every booking is followed by a pre-arrival check-in so you know who is coming and when, and the on-call team can step in if a window slips.

Q03

Where is the service available?

Service is available wherever our partner crews operate today — coverage is regional, not nationwide, and varies by trade (HVAC, appliance repair, telecom install). The honest way to check is to submit a zip code on /schedule: the form returns a real answer in seconds, with the next available slot if your area is in-network. We are actively onboarding new regions across multi-trade networks; if your zip is out today, you can join the design partner waitlist and we will reach out when your area lights up.

Q04

Are the technicians qualified — and how do you decide who goes where?

Every technician carries a baseline trade certification plus any state or local licensure the job requires; we verify credentials at onboarding and re-check on renewal. Assignments are made against skill profile, not on whoever is closest — a refrigeration call goes to a refrigeration-certified tech, an install requiring fiber goes to a fiber-rated crew. For non-routine steps, the Pro tier routes AR-guided instructions straight to the technician’s device so quality is consistent across the field. Supervisors can audit every job, and Enterprise adds the audit log and compliance reporting on top.

Q05

How do I book, and what happens after I submit?

Booking takes about a minute on /schedule: pick the service type, share a time window that works for you, and add the contact details for confirmation. Within minutes you get an SMS or email confirming the slot and the assigned technician name. We follow up with a pre-arrival call before the dispatch. Need to reschedule or cancel? Open your confirmation reference on the same page — no account required — and pick a new window, or message the dispatch team directly for urgent changes.
